Orders are usually packed within 1 business day. Most arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays go out the next business day.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Smaller orders ship for a $4.99 flat rate.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If the tracking hasn't moved after 5 business days, email support@wagglynn.com and we'll look into it.

Email support@wagglynn.com with your order number as soon as you can. Most orders are packed within 1 business day, so the sooner we hear from you, the better the chance we can change it before it ships.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your past orders and save your address for next time.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with no restocking fee. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Email support@wagglynn.com with your order number first and we'll send you the return address.

For the safety of other pets, we can't take back opened food, treats or supplements, opened flea, tick or worming treatments, or grooming tools that have been used. If one of these arrives damaged or wrong, we'll put it right.

Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you at no cost.

Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
