Who can order

Products, pricing and availability
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We try to describe and picture every product accurately, but colors and packaging can vary and manufacturers update their formulas and packaging from time to time.
Where a product is out of stock we will tell you and refund you in full.
Orders
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Health products and veterinary advice
Nothing on this website is veterinary advice. Product descriptions, benefits and FAQs are general information only. They are not a diagnosis and they are not a treatment plan.
Always read the manufacturer's label and directions before use, follow the stated weight and age ranges, and speak to your veterinarian before starting any treatment or supplement — particularly if your pet is pregnant, nursing, very young, elderly, unwell, or already on medication.
Flea, tick and worming treatments are species-specific. Never use a dog product on a cat.
Some items are prescription-only and can be supplied only with a valid prescription from your veterinarian.
If you think your pet is having a reaction to a product, stop using it and contact your veterinarian immediately.

Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are a retailer of these products and are not the manufacturer.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its operation, and not to copy or resell its content without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
